바르테니에프의 기본원리를 근거로 한 태권도의 기본 해석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 태권도 수련의 기초단계인 기본을 2010년 국기원에서 발간된 태권도 기술용어집에 제시되어 있는 내용을 중심으로 바르테니에프의 이론에 근거하여 해석함으로써 움직임을 자각하고, 신체와 정신의 균형을 이루게 하여 태권도 기술의 발전적 수련 및 나아가 태권도를 통한 신체적, 심리적, 정서적 성숙까지 이룰 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 연구의 필요성 및 목적을 두었다. 바르테니에프 기본원리의 9가지 원칙 즉, 호흡지지(Breath Support), 중심부지지 (Core Support), 동적인 신체정렬/연결(Dynamic Alignment/ Connectivity), 무게이동 (Weight Shift), 시작/연속(Initiation/Sequencing), 공간적 의도(Spatial Intent), 에포트 동기(Effort Motivation), 회전적 요인(Rotary Factor), 발달 모형(Developmental Patterning)으로 구분하여, 태권도의 기본인 준비자세, 서기, 차기, 막기, 딛기, 지르기 의 6가지를 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, Bartinieff의 9 가지로 원리로 근거하여 태권도 동작들을 언어적으로 설명이 가능하다. 둘째, Bartinieff의 9가지로 기본원리를 통해 각 동작의 잠재적 요소들이 도출되었다. 셋째, Bartinieff의 9가지 원리를 통해 연령별 태권도 수련 프로그램 개발이 가능할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is that offer basic information for development of physically, psychological, emotionally to students according to Bartineff's fundamentals with Taekwondo skill onomasticon for analysis of Taekwondo basic. There are breath support, core support, dynamic alignment/connectivity, weight shift, initiation/sequencing, spatial intent, effort motivation, rotary factor, developmental patterning in 9 Bartenieff's fundamentals. It has conclusion to this research, first, It is possible to explain with linguistic to Taekwondo movement in Bartenieff's fundamentals. Second, there are potential function about each Taekwondo skill throught Bartenieff's fundamentals. Third, it can develop a Taekwondo program by age to Bartenieff's fundamentals.
