서브퀄(sub-qual)기법을 적용한 병원 치료의 선택과 그 관리적 함의에 관한 연구 - C대학 병원 방사선 치료를 중심으로 - = Choice of Hospital Care and Management by using Sub-qual Method: Focusing on Radiation Therapy in University Hospital

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현대 의료시장의 최신 의료기기는 기존 의료기기 대비 최상의 의료서비스를 환자에게 제공할 수 있는 가능성이 높기 때문에 환자 및 보호자의 만족에 있어 높은 영향력을 행사할 것이라 추측할 수 있다. 특히 현재 전체 암환자의 약 50% 수준이 방사선치료를 받고 있다는 점에서 방사선치료 서비스 질(Service Qualrity)에 대해 최신 방사선 기기를 활용한 서비스의 환자 및 보호자 만족도 조사는 기존 방사선 치료 대비 치료의 질적 차이를 확보하고 만족도를 높일 수 있을 것이라 기대된다. 본 연구는 방사선치료 서비스에 대해 서브퀄을 이용, 환자 및 보호자 만족도 요인을 분석하고 방사선 서비스의 질적 차이가 환자 및 보호자의 치료만족도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 개선점을 제시한다. 조사결과 방사선치료는 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 보증성, 공감성 중 보증성과 공감성에 유의미한 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 동시에 최신 방사선치료 기기는 환자 및 보호자의 만족도에 중요한 인자로 작용함을 확인할 수 있었다.

Because of the high demand in superb medical service, the medical care satisfaction of patients and their guardians become principal factor at medical service market. By this point, using high technology medical device in hospital care is one way to satisfy the demand of patients. Considering that in Korea, 50% of cancer patients got radiation therapy, it is important to secure new radiation medical device to satisfy cancer patients. On this paper by using Sub-qual method, analyze satisfaction factor in radiation therapy of patients and their guardian. At the same time analyze the effect of qualitative difference on radiation therapy in patients. According to result assurance and empathy have significant effect over five factors of Sub-qual(tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy).
