공항이용객의 환승호텔 레스토랑 고매행동에 관한 연구- 인천국제공항 이용객을 중심으로 - = A Study on Purchasing Behavior of Transit-Hotel Restaurant at the International Airport- A Focus on Incheon International Airport -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The transit hotel environment is changing very rapidly and has become more complex and competitive. In this situation, hoteliers and restaurant managers should get a profit with quality information.The objective of this study is to provide further insight into the pattern and behavior of consumers with respect to restaurant at the transit hotel in the international airport. For this purpose, the data analysis was used by SPSS for Windows Version 10.0. Then its result has been used in the final analysis. The methods of the analysis are as follows ; This study used multi-correlation analysis to probate the choice factor of restaurant at transit hotel in international airport has a significant effect on the choice factor on restaurant, repeat purchase, and recommend of there by incoming and outgoing tourist. The findings of this study are as follows ; For the incoming and outgoing tourists, choice factors on the restaurant does affect satisfaction, repeat purchase and recommend on the restaurant at the transit hotel in the international airport effectively.
