Many Kinds of fast algorthm for DCT(Discrete Cosine Transrorm) that has been adopted in a wide range of digital image processing were developed. This paper describes that the general DCT algorithm appropriate to systolic array consists of the hardware by combining basic circuits using neutral network and existent digital circuits. In the neutral network used for this paper, decoder using single layer perceptron model and adder, subtractor and multiplier using UFT(Unidirectional Feedback Type) model proposed by Kyungpook national university VLSI & CAD lab.
