Due to the low composition of water vapor in the air, it has been neglected in the research field of compressor aerodynamic. But due to the rapid expansion in transonic flow field, water vapor cross the saturation line and it is supercooled. In this process, condensation occur and latent heat released from the condensation affects flow field. This study is conducted to investigate the condensation effects on compressor aerodynamic characteristics. To simulate condensation phenomenon, Classical Nucleation Theory is adopted to commercial program, ANSYS FLUENT. The results show condensation occurs under the relative humidity 70%. Due to the latent heat release from condensation process, shock location is shifted about 0.05c to upstream and blade loading is decreased. Also, it shows deviation is decreased about 0.3°.
