포스터 레이아웃을 위한 인간공학적 접근방법 = Ergonomic Approach to the Layout of Poster Elements

The importance of proper layout of poster elements is recognized by many poster makers and researchers. However, how to layout these components has not studied enough. The lack of research on the poster elements layout may be because the layout problem is determined by empirical factors. Th layout of the facilities at the manufacturing site was attempted to be accomplished using a scientific method, called Systemic Layout Planning. This study proposed a method that can use the Systemic Layout Planning for the layout of poster elements. Additionally, this study present an example of poster elements layout by using the proposed method. The size of the poster elements was determined in consideration of the visual angle of the poster elements. The degree of proximity between poster elements was selected by the designer by referring to the degree of proximity between each element of the best posters. The ergonomic approach to the layout of poster elements is expected to contribute to improving poster visibility and formative beauty.
