This article explained that the “Reformed Life Theology Declaration” advocated by Dr. Jong Hyun Chang in 2010 has the contents with the essentials to demand theological introspection of Korean churches and it is not only the theological identity of Dr. Jong Hyun Chang but also it is one of the two axes which move theological schools through this together with Korean churches. This article explored this researcher under the premise that appropriateness which has indispensable meaning in the situation of Korean society and churches of reformed life theology should be strongly supported, contemplates the motives of declaration of reformed life theology declaration 2010 and missionary implicature included in the contents of the declaration and discuss the method of practice to implement it specifically in the level of mission. Dr. Jong Hyun Chang declared “Theology is not study.” and at the same time under the belief that only “reformed life theology” can restore Korean churches and restore theology, “he has devoted himself to the dream continuously without giving up hope in despairing theology school and churches.” He is to find the hope for the restoration of Korean churches and theology through “Reformed Life Theology” He is always shouting “small and slowly and delicately” which is Right Livelihood Awards to find hope. The 7 great movement advocated by reformed life theology for the restoration and development of Korean churches are religious belief movement, theology restoration movement, spiritual life movement, Kingdom of God movement, prayer movement, Holy Spirit movement and sharing movement. The article mentioned that Missionary Meaning of ``the Declaration of Reformed Life Theology 2010.`` First, the core of breakthrough for the crisis of churches is the restoration of the words of God which is the Spirit and life, Second, restoration of Spiritual Vitality; third, vitalization and Movements of Missionary Work. Missionary meaning appeared in the declaration of reformed life theology was looked into. In order to give spiritual vitality to Korean churches, Asian churches and the actual spot of missionary work, we should practice the 7 great movements actively. 7 great movements in the declaration are very meaningful in Korean church history and missionary history therefore theology schools and churches should actively accept them and participate in them. This article argued that missionary method of practice of the declaration of Reformed Life Theology mention as below; First, Observing the Words (Commandments) to Enter the Life; Second, Living as a Man of Spirit and a Man of Life; Third, Educating Leaders who have Sentience of Ministry; Fourth, Restoration of Vitality of Churches by Proclaiming Pure Gospel as the Saying of the Bible. The 7 great movements emphasize “preserving continuously the knowledge on the life of Jesus Christ on this earth, and preparing for the Second Advent of Him and He knocks on the door of mind of people and tries to enter them. The pulpits of churches proclaim as the Bible, the Kingdom of God will expand. This is the core of the 7 great movements of the declaration.
