It is expected that demand of high-pressure in fuel injection system will be increased for strengthening exhaust-emission standards and fuel economy more and more.<br/>
In this study. it was tested and evaluated that design parameters for high-pressure has an effect upon injection pressure in the in-line type fuel injection system. and stress analysis for roller restricting allowable line pressure was also achieved.<br/>
This study confirmed injection pressure of above 1200 bar and permissible adjustment to an engine after testing injection system, but the CPV is needed to raise injection pressure highly.<br/>
Besides, maximal contact stress is reduced about 20% as using a crowning roller. out of this, allowable contact pressure could be improved in current pump space.<br/>
