경추 이형성증을 동반한 척추분리증 - 증례 보고 - = Cervical Spondylolysis with Dysplasia - A Case Report -

Cervical spondylolysis is defined as a corticated cleft between the superior and inferior articular facets of the articular pillar,
which is the cervical equivalent of pars interarticularis in the lumbar spine. It is very important to avoid confusion with more
clinically significant abnormalities, such as fracture or dislocation. This case report describes bilateral spondylolysis and associated
dysplasia of C6. We describe the radiographic presentation of this anomaly, stressing the importance of computed tomography
and magnetic resonance imaging for a correct diagnosis. A review of the literature on this interesting abnormality and a
complete differential diagnosis are presented.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

경추의 척추분리증은 요추의 후궁 협부에 해당하는 상하 관절 돌기 사이에서의 피질골의 균열로 정의된다. 이러한
경추의 척추분리증은 매우 드물지만, 골절과 같은 치료를 요하는 임상적인 상태와 혼동 될 수 있으므로 감별이 중요
하다. 외상 후 발견된, 제 6 경추의 이형성을 동반한 양측성 척추분리증의 증례를 통하여 단순 방사선학적 소견, 컴퓨
터 단층촬영과 자기공명상을 이용한 정확한 감별진단에 대하여 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고 하고자 한다.
