심상지도 접근법을 통한 경관 색채계획에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Color Planning Landescape through Mental map approach method

The legislation of Scenic Conservation Act by start in 2007, is Urban design to be applied administration to shape up policy actively through establishing basic Landscape plan and Guidline. many local governments are developing color plan and Guidline that improve city Landscape. This study understand landscape color element recognized of the Urban lived citizens in Seongnam city. The purpose of this study is to apply metal map approach by explaining recognized color elements rather than general color approach after getting limits and problems of general color approach by investigating various color approaches in the Landscape color plans of local governments. Seongnam city Landscape Color plan is based on the citizen survey and classified into groups of recognized color types by using metal map approach. The conclusions of this study are as follow. first, the most important recognized elements in composing seongnam city image are to symbolized target image of special space(Landmak) in whole Landscape in seongnam. second, the images of experienced and frequently used spaces, places, things, objects and etc which are close to lives and steadily are recognized key element to the citizens. third, seongnam city Landscape images which are classified into color cognition elements, detailed hardscape, symbolic things from the original form, location information, natural environments of Landscape and city image recognized as dot, line, face called intangible and switched into tangibles are recognized. the result of this study is take form of environmental Colors in local regional Character which get the Placeless by formation and cognition, has to be central human(areas of human) city living pleasant, beautiful city Landscape color. therefore color plan is expected as color investigation methodology applied by mental map Case Study to help and support the ground which are confirmed from city's color element of the citizens' seeing and construing.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

2007년 경관법 제정을 시작으로, 기본 경관 계획 및 가이드라인 수립을 통해 도시디자인이 적극적으로 행정에 반영되고 정책화되고 있다. 그에 따른 도시경관 개선을 위해 많은 지방자치단체에서 색채계획 및 가이드라인을 개발 중이다. 본 연구는 성남시에 사는 시민들이 인지하는 도시이미지를 경관 색채요소로 파악하였다. 지방자치단체의 경관 색채 계획에 있어 다양한 색채 접근 방법들을 조사 정리하고 일반적인 색채 접근법의 한계와 문제점을 파악한 후, 일반적인 색채접근 방법이 아닌 심상지도 접근법으로 색채 인지요소를 해석하여 색채계획에 반영 하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 성남시 경관 색채 계획을 중심으로 시민 설문조사 시 심상 접근법을 활용하여 인지방식에 따른 색채 유형을 분류화 하였다. 이를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성남시의 이미지를 구성하는데 있어 경관 전체 중 특정 공간(랜드마크)를 상징화한 대상을 가장 중요한 요소로 인지되었다. 둘째, 경험으로 익숙하거나 많이 이용되는 공간, 장소, 사물 등으로 생활에 밀접하고 직접 사용하는 주체가 되는 사람(시민들)이 요소들로 지속적으로 인지된다. 셋째, 성남시 경관 이미지에서 색채 인지요소를 구체적 인공요소, 상징적 원형, 위치적 정보요소, 경관의 자연요소와 도시이미지로 분류되며 점, 선, 면, 무형으로 유형화하여 인지한다. 본 연구결과 지역의 환경색은 지역성, 장소성을 형성·인지하는 인간(거주지역 시민)을 중심으로 되어야만이 도시 생활을 하는데 쾌적하고 아름다운 도시 경관색채를 형성하는것이다. 그래서 색채계획에 있어서 색채조사 방법론을 심상지도 접근법을 활용하는 사례는 시민들이 인지하는 도시의 색채요소 확인을 통해 의미있는 해석이 가능하며 색채해석의 근거마련에 도움을 기대한다.
