특수체육전공자들의 여가활동 참여 심리에 대한 복합적 해석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 여가와 직업의 관련성 분석의 일환으로, 장애인 체육을 전공하고 있는, 그래서 장애인들의 여가활동으로 작용하게 될 스포츠를 지도하는 ‘여가 지도자’로써의 위치에 있는 사람들이 인지하는 여가동기, 몰입, 만족에 대하여 파악하고, 여가스포츠 참여에 대한 각각의 요인 간 인과관계를 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기도에 위치하며, 특수체육 전공과정이 개설된 학교 2곳의 학생 181명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다.
그 결과 참여 동기의 변인의 특성에 따라 스포츠 몰입 요인 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 참여 동기의 변인의 특성에 따라 만족 요인 중 신체적, 환경적, 교육적 요인 간에 유의한 차가 나타났다. 스포츠 몰입 변인 중 인지몰입은 만족 요인인 사회적, 정서적, 신체적, 환경적, 교육적 만족 요인 모두에서 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한, 스포츠 몰입 변인 중 행위 몰입은 사회적, 정서적 만족에서 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was relationship investigation among motivation, commitment, and satisfaction on leisure sport participation of university student who are Special physical education majors.
To complete this purpose, quantitative research method was used through the survey. 181 participant were selected on standard that university students who belong regular major process for special physical education.
As a result, there was a significant difference in the factors of sport commitment according to the characteristics of participation motivation variables. There was a significant difference between the physical, environmental, and educational factors among satisfaction factors depend on the variables of participation motivation. The results of this study are as follows: First, the perceived commitment has a significant effect on satisfaction factors such as social, emotional, physical, environmental, and educational satisfaction factors. Also, it can be seen that behavioral commitment has a significant effect on social and emotional satisfaction.
