초등 예비교사의 기후변화 대응행동과 관련 변인의 인과적 관계

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 환경행동을 가치, 신념, 개인규범과 관련하여 설명한 VBN 이론을 바탕으로 초등예비교사들의 기후변화 대응행동의 인과관계를 설명하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 교육대학교 재학생 316명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사도구를 개발하기 위해 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 변인 간 인과적 관계를 구명하기 위해 구조방정식 분석을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 초등 예비교사의 기후변화 대응행동에서 직접적 영향력의 관계는 초기 VBN 모형을 따른다. 즉, 가치와 신념, 개인규범 및 기후변화 대응행동 간에는 선형적 관계가 있다. 또한, 초등 예비교사의 기후변화 대응행동에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 변인은 개인규범이었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to identify a causal relationship between value, belief, personal norm, and climate change behavior of pre-service elementary teachers. A total of 316 questionnaires were used for data analysis. To ensure the reliability and validity of the questions, reliability analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were also performed. The structural analysis in the bootstrapping method was conducted to perform a path analysis among the variables and assess the model’s suitability. The findings of this study were as follows: the causal relationship between value, belief, personal norm, and climate change behavior of pre-service elementary teachers support the original VBN (value-belief-norm) theory. There is a linear relationship between values and beliefs, personal norms, and climate change behavior. Personal norm has a direct effect on climate change behavior positively.
