We empiricaly studied five hypothesis. We distributed 350 pieces of quEStionaries to hotel employees in Taegu, Kyungju, Pusan and collected 293 usable response. The reliability and validity of the collected data ware checked through the calculation of Crobach's a and factor analysis. Causal Modeling Method was used to estimate the parameters of the hypothesized model. The LISREI. 8.12 developed by J oreekog and Sorbom was used. The study showed following results: Antecedents of union commitment showed positive relationship with variables, such as union decision-making practice(-), union satisfaction(+), union activity(+). A proposed model with proposed determinant found to all significant.
