부정 정서가 부정 긴급성을 매개로 폭식 행동에 미치는 영향: 긍정 정서의 매개된 조절효과 = The Mediating Effect of Negative Urgency on Negative Affect and Binge Eating: Positive Affect as a Mediated Moderator

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 부정 정서와 폭식 행동 사이를 매개하는 부정 긴급성의 매개모형에서, 긍정 정서의 직접경로와 간접경로에서 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 성인 여성 378명을 대상으로 부정정서, 긍정 정서, 부정 긴급성, 폭식 행동 경향성을 자기보고식 설문으로 측정하였다. 변인들의 관계를알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시한 후 매개모형과 매개된 조절모형을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부정 정서가 폭식 행동에 끼치는 정적 영향에 부정 긴급성의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 둘째, 상기 매개모형에서 긍정 정서의 매개된 조절효과가 검증되었다. 구체적으로 긍정 정서는 매개 모형의 조건부 직접효과에 정적으로, 조건부 간접효과에 부적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었다. 이 결과는 부정 정서가 부정 긴급성을 통해 폭식을 예측하는 경로에서 긍정 정서는 보호 요인이 되지만, 부정 긴급성을 통하지 않는 직접 경로에서는 긍정 정서가 위험 요인임을 의미한다. 이는 폭식행동을 치료할 때 긍정 정서의 양가적인 효과에 대해 고려해야 함을 시사한다
