This writing would have discussion about the best using of storytelling based on ICT which has nowadays spotlight. This also would consider about change of contents environment surrounding storytelling. There is discussion about storytelling for last ten years. But we faced limitation about cultural contents thesedays. Changes surrounding contents convert discourse to wide contents. As a result, we need to consider about these changes when it comes to talk about contents. These contents changes may result from ICT development. ICT could affect on all kind of social, culture, industrial fields. The contents which provided through the platform based on ICT would lead earlier paradigm of storytelling discourse. To renew about storytelling, it is necessary to understand and study about contents based on ICT. This considers the way of utilizing storytelling about digital tour, Web 3D on ICT. Through these kinds of process, we would ready to start to think about possibility of utilizing storytelling based on ICT, provide new form of discussion for new area about storytelling.
