지적장애 등록을 위한 판정 절차 및 지원 서비스 결정의 문제점과 향후 발전 방향 = Clinical Problems and Future Directions of the Intellectual Disability Determination Procedure in the Disabled Registration Process

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 장애등급제도 폐지 이후 점점 더 그 중요성이 강조되고 있는 지적장애의 판정 절차의적합성과 사용되는 검사 도구들의 특성 및 측정학적 적합성에 대한 고찰을 통해 향후 지적장애인의개인지원 계획 수립을 위한 대안을 모색하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내외 지적장애 판정 절차는 의료적 접근에서 사회적 접근으로의 이동이 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애유형별 심층적인 서비스 판정 도구를 사용하여 개인의 서비스 요구를 종합적으로 판정하도록 하여야 한다. 셋째, 지적장애 판정 절차를 공정하고 정확하게 수행하기 위해서는지적장애의 정의에 부합하는 타당한 검사 도구 사용과 종합적이고 통합적 정보 수집 과정이 이루어져야 한다. 이에 지적장애인의 개인지원계획 수립에 직결된 검사 도구의 개발과 활용 방안이 필요하다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 후속연구의 방향성을 제시하였다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the suitability of the decision procedure for intellectual disability after the abolition of the disability grading system and suitability of the diagnosis tools used. Results: As a result of the study, first, it was found that domestic and foreign intellectual disability determination procedures are moving from a medical approach to a social approach. Second, in order to perform the intellectual disability determination process fairly and accurately, there should be a comprehensive and integrated information collection process rather than relying on several test tools. Therefore, in the future, more useful, measurably reliable and valid intellectual disability determination tools should be developed, and useful methods and test tools that can contribute to the establishment of personal support plans for students with intellectual disabilities are needed. Conclusion: the limitations of this study and the direction of follow-up studies are presented.
