아동학대 경험으로 학교 부적응 행동을 보이는 초등학교 1학년 남아의 모래놀이치료 사례연구 = A Case Study on Sandplay Therapy for a 1st Grade Elementary School Boy with School Maldapatation Behavior due to Child Abuse Experience

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 아동학대로 인해 시설에 거주하고 있으며, 학교 적응에 어려움을 보이고 있는 초등학교 1학년 남아를 대상으로 모래놀이치료를 실시하고 아동에게 어떠한 변화가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구에 참여한 아동은 만 6세 8개월로 주 1회 40분씩 총 25회기의 모래놀이치료를 진행하였다. 아동의 의뢰사유는 학교 수업에 집중하지 못하고, 혼자 놀다 학교를 지각하거나 친구들과 교류하지 않는다는 학교 부적응 행동이었다. 아동은 치료사와의 관계 형성과 심리적 퇴행을 일으키는 모래놀이치료를 통해 아동 내면의 억압된 부정적 정서를 탐색하고 표출할 수 있게 하였다. 이로써 아동은 내면의 탐색과 퇴행, 혼돈 상태에서의 투쟁, 균형을 찾으려는 노력을 하며 결국 자아의 안정성을 찾고 변화에 도달하는 과정을 거쳤다. 결과적으로 아동은 의뢰 당시 보였던 학교 부적응 행동이 사라져 학교생활에 즐거움을 찾게 되었다. 본 연구는 아동학대로 인해 발생한 어려움을 해결하기 위한 효과적인 치료적 방안에 대해 확인하고, 심층적인 사례 자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to conduct sandplay therapy for a 1st grade boy who resides in a facility due to child abuse and has difficulty adapting to school, and to find out what changes occur in the child. The child participating in the study was 6 years and 8 months old, and underwent a total of 25 sessions of 40 minutes each of sandplay therapy once a week. The reason for the child's request was maladaptive school behavior, such as inability to concentrate on school lessons, arriving late to school while playing alone, and not interacting with friends. Through sandplay therapy, which forms a relationship with the therapist and induces psychological regression, the child was able to explore and express repressed negative emotions within. As a result, the child went through a process of exploring and regressing internal conflicts and seeking balance, ultimately finding stability in the self and reaching a state of change. As a result, the difficulties the child had at the time of the request disappeared, and the child was able to find joy in school life. This study is meaningful in that it confirms effective therapeutic methods for addressing difficulties caused by child abuse and provides in-depth case data.
