실직자 재취업에 미치는 고용지원서비스 효과 분석 = The Effect of Public Employment Services on the Reemployment of the Unemployed

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper examines the impact of public employment services of Job Center for the unemployed with particular references to the details of psychological counseling, the details of career counseling, the number of times of career counseling, and the number of jobs offered Job Center. Analysis was conducted by using survey data from the unemployed and hierarchical logistic regression analysis was used to identify significant factors on the reemployment of the unemployed.
Key finding of the analysis is that public employment service had a little reemployment effect on the unemployed because the details of career counseling were the only significant factor on the reemployment of unemployed. This results show that it is urgent to activate and strengthen public employment services.
