금지명령 척도 개발 및 타당화 = The Development and Validation of Injunction Scale

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 교류분석상담이론의 금지명령 척도를 개발하고, 그 타당도를 검증하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 첫째, 금지명령 척도의 구성요인은 어떠한지, 둘째, 금지명령 척도의 타당도는 어떠한지에 대한 연구문제를 설정하였다.
이와 같은 연구 문제들을 해결하기 위하여 국내·외의 교류분석이론의 금지명령 및 금지명령 관련 요인들에 대한 선행연구와 문헌들을 고찰하여 금지명령의 구성요인으로 25개를 확인하고 그 개념과 의미를 명확히 하였다. 금지명령 25개 구성요인의 예비문항을 도출하기 위해 개방형 설문지, 개별면담을 실시하여 총 516개의 예비문항을 수집하였다. 수집된 금지명령 25개의 요인 516개의 문항에 대해 한국교류분석상담학회 상담전문가 및 수련감독을 취득한 교류분석 전문가 그룹을 구성하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 금지명령은 어린 시절 경험과 초기 결정 각 12개 요인, 120개 문항이 예비문항으로 선정되었다. 예비문항에 대한 전문가그룹의 2차에 걸친 내용타당도 검증을 거쳐 최종 예비문항을 선정하였다.
개발절차에 따라 선정된 예비문항은 부산지역 253명을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시하여 기술통계, 일차원성 검토 및 1차·2차 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 검증결과 금지명령 경험척도 12개 요인에 39개 문항, 결정척도 12개 요인에 45개 문항을 확정하였다.
본 연구에서 개발된 금지명령 경험과 결정 척도에 대한 구인타당도 검증을 위해 경남지역 834명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 개발된 금지명령 척도의 구인타당도 검증을 위해 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인분석결과 한국형 금지명령 척도는 경험요인과 결정요인 안에 각각 12개의 요인으로 구성된 위계적 2차 요인구조로 개발되었고, 경험요인 36문항, 결정문항 41문항으로 구성되어 총 77문항이다. 확인적 요인분석에서 GFI=.905, CFI=.960, TLI=.948로 값이 모두 .90이상이고 RMSEA=.055로 .05~.08사이의 값으로 나타나 모형이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 금지명령척도 경험요인과 결정요인은 .720의 유의미한 정적상관관계를 보였다.
본 연구에서는 준거 관련 타당도를 검증하기 위해 금지명령과 드라이버 척도의 관계를 검토하기 위해 금지명령의 경험 하위요인, 결정 하위요인, 드라이버 하위요인의 상관분석을 실시하였다. 탐색집단 에서는 금지명령의 경험 하위요인과 드라이버 하위요인은 -.272~.090, 결정 하위요인과 드라이버 하위요인은 -.419~.131의 상관을 보였다.
개발문항의 일반화를 확인하기 위해 전국지역 775명을 대상으로 교차타당도를 실시하였다. 탐색집단과 교차집단의 다집단 요인분석을 실시한 결과 측정 불변성, 구조 불변성, 잔차 불변성을 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 교차집단에서는 금지명령의 경험 하위요인과 드라이버 하위요인은 -.366~.150, 결정 하위요인과 드라이버 하위요인은 -.431~.158의 상관을 보여 탐색집단과 유사한 상관을 나타냈다.
이상의 결과로 한국 성인의 어린 시절 금지명령의 경험과 초기 결정에 대해 인식할 수 있는 척도로서 타당하다고 할 수 있다. 이를 토대로 금지명령 척도 개발에 대한 논의 및 시사점, 추가 연구방향에 대해 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study is to develop the Injunction Scale on Transactional Analysis Counseling Theory and to verify the validation. For this purpose, the research questions are formulated as follows: first, how are the component factors of the Injunction Scale and second, how is the validation of the Injunction Scale?
The research process and result for solving these questions were as follows.
First, each 12 subfactor of the injunction experience and decision was deducted and the construct and the content were confirmed through the preceding research and the document review on the injunction and the injunction related factors of the national and international Transactional Analysis Theory.
Second, for the basic preliminary questions based on the principle and procedure of the scale development, the total 516 questions from each 12 subfactor of the injunction experience and decision factors were collected through the open questionnaires from Feb. 15th, 2020 to Feb. 29th. These collected questions got through the question selecting process and the twice expert content validity verification. And the 60 questions of the injunction experience factors and the 60 of the injunction decision factors were confirmed as the preliminary questions.
Third, the 253 adults in Busan that were sampled randomly for the injunction scale development executed the preliminary survey of the preliminary questions from Dec. 1st, 2020 to Dec. 16th, 2020. To check statistically the data collected after the preliminary survey, the item analysis, the factor analysis, and the reliability analysis were implemented. The 39 questions of the injunction experience factors and the 45 of the injunction decision factors were extracted as a preliminary scale.
Fourth, to evaluate the construct validity of the injunction preliminary scale developed by this research, the data from the random sampling 1,650 adults cross the country was collected from Feb. 15th, 2021 to Feb. 28th, 2021. The 834 survey participants in Gyeongnam province were assigned to the construct validity analysis group and the rest 755 from the other areas to the cross validity analysis group. The exploratory factor analysis and the confirmatory factor analysis were carried out for examining the construct validity. According to the result of the exploratory factor analysis, the Injunction Scale for Korean adults was developed as a hierarchical secondary factor structure consisting of each 12 factor in the experience factor and the decision factor and also the total 77 questions of the 36 experience factor questions and 41 decision factor questions were verified. This model was identified as the suitable one as all the values(GFI=.905, CFI=.960, TLI=.948) were over .90 and RMSEA=.55 showed the value of .05~.08 in the confirmatory factor analysis. The experience factor and decision factor in Injunction Scale presented the meaningful positive correlation of .720. For ascertaining the generalization of the developed questions, the cross validation targeting 775 participants in the whole country was conducted. The multi-group factor analysis of the exploratory group and the cross group resulted in the acceptable level in the measurement invariance, the structure invariance, and the residual invariance.
Finally, for verifying the criterion-related validity, the correlation analysis on the experience subfactor and the decision subfactor of the injunction and the driver subfactor was implemented to examine the relation between the injunction and the driver scale. The correlation between the experience subfactor of the injunction and the driver subfactor presented -.272~.090 and the decision subfactor and the driver subfactor -.419~.131 in the exploratory group.
According to the process and result of the study, the Injunction Scale filled with the 12 experience subfactors and the 12 decision subfactors of the injunction was developed and the validity of the developed injunction scale was verified. Based on this results, the discussion, the implication, and the later research direction were suggested.
