I am here writing about the local administration for public nuisance control, In this study, the practical approaches for control of air, water, noise, and land pollution in cities of the U. S. A. and Japan are presented.
Practical administration for public nuisance control is established. Local programs and approaches for public nuisance control are also necessary. Precise and valid data obtained by pre-research activities can contribute to the performance of local administration for public nuisance control.
In local administration, there are also a lot of legal and administrative problems which need to be solved.
One of the most important things in local administration for public nuisance control is to create harmony between private enterprise activity and the administration for public nuisance control.
In adaptation, we should look more to the example of local administration for public nuisance control in the U. S. A. and Japan I base this opinion on the belief that the social, political, economical institutions of Korea are close to those of the U. S. A. and Japan.
But, we have to give much consideration to the economic and political situation of Korea, and to the effectiveness that administraton for public nuisance control would have in Korea.
