청소년활동과 공격성 간의 관계: 자존감과 행복감의 순차적 매개효과 = The Relationship Between Youth Activities and Aggression: The Serial Mediating Effect of Self-Esteem and Happiness.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between youth activities and aggression and examined the serial mediators effect of self-esteem and happiness to present implications for reducing adolescent aggression. A total of 2,265 students in the fourth year, whose data was taken from the Korea Children & Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS, 2018) were used in this study. The data were analyzed using a structural equation model. The results of the analysis were as follows. First, youth activities had a positive effect on self-esteem and happiness, and did not affect aggression, and self-esteem had a positive effect on happiness and a negative effect on aggression. Happiness was found to have a negative effect on aggression. Second, the results of the analysis demonstrated that self-esteem and happiness fully mediated the relationships between youth activities and aggression. Third, it was found that the sequential mediating effects of self-esteem, happiness were significant in the relationship between youth activities and aggression. Based on these results, the implications were discussed and further studies were suggested.
