간호대학생을 위한 한국어판 간호제공자와 대상자간 돌봄 상호작용 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 간호제공자와 대상자 간의 돌봄 상호작용을 측정하기 위해 개발된 Korean version of Caring Nurse-Patient Interaction scale- Student Nurse(K-CNPI-SN)의 타당도와 신뢰도를 간호대학생을 대상으로 검증하려는 목적으로 시행되었다. 2022년 3월부터 7월까지 경남에 소재하는 4개 대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 308명을 대상으로 온라인 플랫폼을 이용하여 K-CNPI-SN 설문지에 응답하도록 하였다. 구성타당도 검증을 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 4개의 영역에서 총 21개 문항이 도출되었다. K-CNPI-SN은 인간중심돌봄 역량(ICS-N)과 순상관관계를 보여(r=.736, p <.001) 준거타당도가 확보되었고, 간호대학생을 대상으로 대상자와의 돌봄상호작용을 측정하는 도구로 사용되는데 적절한 것으로 보인다. K-CNPI-SN은 간호대학생이 인식하고 있는 대상자와의 돌봄 상호작용을 자가보고 형식으로 측정하는 것이므로, 환자와의 돌봄 상호작용을 기반으로 한 돌봄 중재의 성과를 확인하는 데에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the validity and reliability of the Korean version of the Caring Nurse-Patient Interaction scale- Student Nurse(K-CNPI). A total of 308 nursing students at four nursing colleges in Gyengsangnam-do completed a structured online questionnaire from March to July 2022. Confirmatory factor analysis was performed to verify the scales construct validity and identified 21 items across four domains. The K-CNPI-SN showed a positive correlation with person-centered care competency (ICS-N) (r=.736, p <.001), and criterion validity was secured. The results of the study show that the K-CNPI-SN is a valid and reliable tool for measuring nursing student care interactions. K-CNPI-SN is a self-reported measure of degree of caring interaction with patients as perceived by nursing students. It is envisaged that the K-CNPI-SN will contribute to the implementation and evaluation of caring interaction-focused interventions among nursing students.
