해양쓰레기 정보 통합관리 기반 설계

국문 초록 (Abstract)

효율적인 해양쓰레기 정책 수립을 지원하기 위해서는 해양쓰레기 관리 기반의 구축이 강조되어야 한다. 특히 기존에 시행된 해양쓰레기 조사 및 수거ㆍ처리 사업을 통해 확보된 관련 정보들을 종합적으로 관리하여 해양쓰레기 정책 수립을 지원할 수 있는 체계의 마련이 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 본고에서는 해양쓰레기 조사 및 수거처리와 관련된 제반 자료를 일관되게 관리토록 하고, 이를 토대로 해양쓰레기 정책의 실효성을 뒷받침하며, 해양쓰레기 정책 수립에 필요한 각종 통계 자료를 신속, 정확하게 생성하여 행정력 향상에 기여할 수 있는 기반이 될 해양쓰레기 정보 통합 관리 기반 설계 내역에 관한 내용을 소개하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In order to support the establishment of the marine litter policies effectively the construction of the management system for the marine litter information is very important. In particular, it is necessary to set up the supporting system for the marine litter policy establishment by comprehensive management of the related data gathered in previous marine litter survey, removal and disposal projects.
In this article, as part of this need, the contents of the design for comprehensive managing system of marine litter data will be described to consistently manage the comprehensive data related with marine litter survey, removal and disposal projects, whence supporting the effectiveness of the marine litter policies, generating the statistical data fast and precisely for the planning of policies leading to improvement of administrative capability.
