부사관 선발체계 개선을 통한 우수자원 선발에 관한연구 = A Study on the Selection of the Best Source System for the Selection of the NCO Selection System

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

NCO is an important military organizational system that is the backbone of our military battles. Of course, the role of the mother can not be ignored even if the noble's job is assuming things such as supplies and troop management. The right personality and stamina are important for the job of the nCO, but basic mathematical ability is also required. The military has been conducting various types of tests to evaluate applicants 'basic academic ability in the primary handwriting evaluation according to this demand. However, whether the evaluation of students' basic academic ability through the evaluation tool is possible, There is a question about the level of the problem being addressed between the second questionnaire and the second interview and the physical examination and whether the students who have not performed the novice work can make accurate situation judgment on the given problem. It is very important to select the necromancers who must play an important role in the field between soldiers and commanders. The purpose of this study is to help the selection of the best resources that can demonstrate the ability of the novice as a novice.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

부사관은 우리군 전투의 중추를 맡고 있는 중요한 군 조직체계이다. 물론 부사관의 업무가 물자 보급 및 병력 관리 등 가정으로 말하면 어머니의 역활을 수행하는 부분도 무시 할수없다. 부사관의 업무수행을 위해 올바른 인성과 체력도 중요 하지만 기본적인 수학능력도 요구된다. 군은 이런 요구에 따라 1차 필기 평가에서 지원자들의 기초학력을 평가하기위한 여러 유형의 시험을 실시하고 있으나 평가 도구를 통한 학생들의 기초학력 평가가 가능한지 ,이 시험이 부사관 업무 수행과 관련이 있는지에 대한 문제 와 2차 면접 및 체력시험 간 출제되는 문제의 수준 과 부사관업무를 수행해 보지 못한 학생들이 주어진 문제에 대한 정확한 상황판단을 할 수 있을까에 대한 의문이 생긴다 . 현장에서 병사들과 지휘관 사이에서 중요한 역할을 수행해야 하는 부사관들의 선발은 정말 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는 부사관 선발 간 나타나는 문제점들을 보완 하여 부사관으로서 현장에서 본인의 능력을 발휘할수 있는 우수자원 선발에 도움이 되고자 한다.
