장애인활동지원서비스 이용장애인의 이용충성도에 대한 인과구조분석: 서비스스케이프 및 인권의식의 조절효과 검증

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 장애인의 권리실현을 통한 자립과 통합에 매우 중요한 의미를 갖고 있는 장애인활동지원서비스에 대하여 보다 소비자중심적이고 관계중심적인 발전적 논의를 이끌어 냄으로써 서비스의 체계적 관리와 실효적 안정화에 기여하는데 시사점을 제공할 목적으로 수행하였다. 이에 서비스 제공기관 18곳의 이용장애인 217명을 편의표집하고, 서비스 내외적 요인(서비스 자체요인과 환경요인)과 이용장애인 내외적 요인(심리내적 인지/정서요인과 심리외적 관계행동요인)을 구조화한 인과모형을 통해 서비스 품질의 충성도에 대한 직간접적 인과효과(매개효과 포함)와 환경 및 맥락요인(서비스스케이프와 인권의식)에 의한 조절효과를 실증분석하였다. 분석결과, 서비스 품질의 인지 및 정서요인을 통한 간접효과(매개효과)의 중요성을 확인하였고(구조방정식 분석), 이의 효과에 있어 인권의식에 의한 영향의 조절가능성도 검증하였다(다집단분석). 이러한 결과를 바탕으로, 이용장애인의 만족스러운 관계행동을 증대시키기 위하여 서비스 자체 뿐 아니라 인지 및 정서요인의 병행전략의 적용이 필요하고, 또한 인권가치의 비물리적 자극과 조성의 중요성도 함께 고려할 필요성이 있음에 대한 함의를 전제로 구체적 실천전략에 대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to induce providing systematic management and effective stabilization through a more consumer-centered and relationship-oriented developmental discussion about personal assistance service(PAS), which has a very important meaning for independence and integration through the realization of the rights of persons with disabilities, thereby of services. Therefore, conveniences sampling of 217 users with disability from 18 service providers was conducted, and service internal and external factors(service itself and environmental factors) and users’ internal and external factors(intra-psychological cognitive/emotional factors and extra-psychological relationships) through a causal model structured by behavioral factors), direct and indirect causal effects(including mediating effects) on loyalty of service quality and the moderating effects of environmental and contextual factors(service scape and right awareness) were empirically analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the importance of the indirect effect(mediating effect) through the cognitive and emotional factors of service quality was confirmed(SEM analysis), and the controllability of the effect by right awareness in its effect was also verified(multi group analysis). Based on these results, it is necessary to apply a strategy of not only the service itself but also the cognitive and emotional factors in order to increase the user’s satisfactory relational behavior, and it is also necessary to consider the importance of non-physical stimulation and creation of human rights values. Specific action strategies were discussed on the premise of the implications.
