정규교실에서의 차별화 교수 시행 및 영재교육기관 간의 연계 방안 = Study on Seeking Differential Instruction in Regular Classrooms and Cooperating with Gifted Education Institutions

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Gifted education can have a greater efficacy and a wider scope of application when gifts in various types of gifted students, born with excellent potentials, are discovered through differential instructions in classrooms and when the cooperation systems are established to enable their gifts to be expressed through proper education. Hence, this study conducted a Delphi survey of 16 experts from relevant areas in order to seek differential instructions in regular classrooms and strategies for cooperating with official gifted education institutions. We contacted a panel, who were believed to be capable of presenting credible ideas, through the recommendations of experts from relevant areas, and then conducted a survey among them three times in total. As for the study results, first, we described the results focusing on the needs for leaners, teachers, curriculum, education environment, and policy support. Second, we derived a method to determine official gifted education institutions and make its effective connection to education, and further proposed a gradual procedure for implementation required for a general application.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

우수한 잠재력을 타고난 다양한 유형의 영재들이 차별화 교수를 통해 정규교실에서 그 재능이 발견되고 적절한 교육을 통해 영재성을 발현할 수 있는 연계 시스템이 구축된다면 영재교육의 기회 확장 및 효과성 제고에 크게 기여할 것으로 전망한다. 이에 본 연구는 정규교실에서의 차별화 교수 시행 및 공식 영재교육기관 간의 효과적인 연계 방안을 모색하기 위한 목적으로 16명의 관련분야 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 조사를 수행하였다. 신뢰할만한 견해를 제시할 수 있다고 판단되는 패널을 관련분야 전문가들의 추천을 통해 섭외하였고 총3차에 걸쳐 조사를 시행하였다. 연구의 결과는 첫째, 차별화 교수 시행을 위한 준비로 학습자, 교수자, 교육과정, 교육환경 및 정책적 지원 측면에서의 요구 사항을 중심으로 기술하였다. 둘째, 공식 영재교육기관의 판별 및 교육과의 효과적 연계를 위한 방안을 도출하였고 보편적 적용을 위해 요구되는 단계별 시행 절차를 제안하였다.
