비장티푸스성 D군 살모넬라에 의한 소장대장염 환자에서대장내시경 검사 후 발생한 횡행결장 천공 1예 = A Case of Transverse Colon Perforation after Colonoscopy in a Patient with Enterocolitis Caused by Non-typhoidal Group D Salmonella

국문 초록 (Abstract)

살모넬라 감염의 임상양상은 소장대장염, 균혈증, 장열, 장외 국소감염, 무증상의 보균자 등으로 다양하다. 이중 소장대장염이 가장 흔한 임상양상이며 대변검사로 진단할 수 있다. 심한 대장염이 있는 환자에서 대장내시경 검사는 대장손상으로 인해 독성 거대결장 및 대장 천공의 위험을 증가시킨다. 저자들은 31세의 여성에서 비장티푸스성 D군 살모넬라에 의한 소장대장염 환자에서 대장내시경 검사 후 발생한 횡행결장 천공의 매우 드문 예를 보고한다.
