대학생의 진로결정효능감과 진로장벽이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로결정효능감과 진로장벽이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 대구에 소재한 K대에 재학중인 남·여 427명이며, 사용한 측정도구는 진로결정자기효능감 척도, 진로탐색장애 척도, 진로결정수준 척도이다. 수집된 자료는 Pearson 적률상관분석, 단계적 중다회귀분석, 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다.
분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 진로결정효능감이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 목표선택이 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 대학생의 진로장벽이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 미래불안이 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 대학생의 진로결정효능감과 진로장벽의 각 하위요인이 진로결정수준에 미치는 상대적인 영향력을 알아본 결과, 직업정보부족, 미래불안, 목표선택, 흥미부족, 중요한 타인과의 갈등, 직업 정보, 대인관계의 어려움, 자기명확성 부족, 신체적 열등감, 문제해결 순으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of Career Decision Marking Self Efficacy and Career Barriers upon University Students' Career Decision Level.
The subjects of this study were 427 male and female university students of the K university in Daegu, Korea. The instrument employed were the Career Decision Marking Self Efficacy Scale, Korea Career Barrier Inventory, and Career Decision Scale. The data collected were analyzed using the pearson correlation, stepwise multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis of the SPSS 12.0 version.
The results of this study were as follows. First, regarding the influence of students' career decision marking self efficacy on the career decision level, goal selection was found to be the most influential. Second, with respect to the influence of students' career barriers on the career decision level, it was found that future anxiety was the most influential. Third, regarding the relative influence of career decision marking self efficacy and career barriers on the career decision level, the most influential subscale was career information deficiency, and secondly future anxiety, and thirdly lack of interest. And conflicts with important other people, career information, difficulty with interpersonal relations, lack of self-clarification, inferiority about body, solution of problem were followed.
