수변공간 개발사례 연구 = A case study of sustainable Waterfront Development

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 수변공간 개발을 위한 요소로 기존 연구사례와 국내 개발사례를 검토하고 수변공간 개발에 필수적인 시설 및 개발요소를 분석하였다. 공간에서 부족한 요소와 개발방향을 다음과 같이 제시하였다.

1) 수변공간 개발에 적용되는 요인들을 기존 연구결과 및 개발 사례를 중심으로 검토한 결과, 수변공간 개발에서 공통적으로 고려되는 요인은 접근성, 역사성 및 정체성, 수변공간으로 정리할 수 있다. 도시 공간에 위치하고 있습니다. 기능적, 공간적 역할의 요소가 고려되어야 함을 발견하였다.


2) 수변공간 개발 시 공통으로 설치되는 요소로는 도심에서 수변공간으로의 접근성, 접근방법의 편리성, 친환경 생태, 산책로, 자전거도로, 운동시설 등을 생활공간, 행사, 문화공간 등으로 분석하였다. 수변공간 개발 시 고려해야 할 요인으로 변화에 따른 재해저감 요인을 분석하였다.

3) 선행 연구개발 사례분석을 통해 수변공간 개발 시 고려해야 할 요소들을 분석하여 제시하였고, 그 결과를 대구 신천강과 금호강에 적용하여 평가하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 신천과 금호강에 설치되는 요소는 대부분 주민들이 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 생활적 요소가 강한 수변공간으로 검토되었으며, 금호강은 생태적 기능은 잘 갖추고 있으나 생활공간이 많이 설치되어 있고 다양한 공원과 체육시설이 조성되어 있다. 시설은 있으나 접근성이 좋지 않습니다. 수변공간이 부족하여 수변공간으로서의 기능이 부족한 것으로 나타났다.

4) 본 연구에서 제시한 신천의 발전방향에는 대중교통의 접근성, 행사, 역사, 문화적 요소가 보완되어야 하고, 기후변화에 대한 재난대응과 물순환 분야가 보완되어야 할 것으로 분석되었다. 금호강의 경우 대중교통의 접근성을 확보하고, 도심 외곽에 위치한 공간적 특성을 활용하여 이벤트, 스토리텔링, 문화, 축제, 역사적 유산을 보완하고, 도심 속 기후변화 대응

5) 본 연구에서는 수변공간 개발에 관한 많은 연구 및 개발 사례를 검토하고 수변공간 개발을 위한 필수 요소를 제시하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 수변공간개발의 방향성과 개발요소를 채택하고 적용하는데 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

In this study, previous research cases and domestic development cases were reviewed for elements for developing waterfront spaces, and facilities and development elements essential for waterfront space development were analyzed. The elements lacking in the space and the development direction were suggested as follows.

1) As a result of reviewing the factors applied to the development of waterfront spaces, focusing on previous research results and development cases, the factors commonly considered in the development of waterfront spaces can be organized into accessibility, historicity, and identity, and waterfront spaces are located in urban spaces. It was found that elements of functional and spatial roles should be considered.


2) Commonly installed elements in the development of waterfront spaces were analyzed, accessibility from the city center to waterfront spaces, convenience of access methods, eco-friendly ecology, trails, bicycle paths, exercise facilities, etc. as daily spaces, events, cultural and historical factors, climate Disaster reduction factors according to change were analyzed as factors to be considered in developing waterfront spaces.

3) Factors to be considered in waterside space development were analyzed and presented through previous research and development case analysis, and the results were applied to Shincheon and Geumho River in Daegu and evaluated, and the following results were obtained. Most of the elements installed in Sincheon and Geumho River were reviewed as a waterfront space with strong everyday elements that residents can easily use, and Geumho River has well-equipped ecological functions, but many daily spaces are installed, and there are various parks and sports facilities, but accessibility is poor. It was found that the function as a waterfront space was insufficient due to the lack of waterfront space.

4) In the development direction of Sincheon proposed in this study, it was analyzed that the accessibility of public transportation, events, history, and cultural elements need to be supplemented, and disaster response to climate change and water circulation fields need to be supplemented. In the case of Kumho River, we would like to suggest ways to secure accessibility to public transportation, utilize the spatial characteristics located outside the city center to supplement events, storytelling, culture, festivals, and historical properties, and expand functionality that is strong in responding to climate change in the city center.

5) In this study, many studies and development cases on waterfront space development were reviewed and essential elements for waterfront space development were presented. Using these results, it is judged to be helpful in adopting and applying the direction and development elements of waterfront space development in the future.
