      The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of atioxidants supplementation and muscle resistance training(VO2max 70% exercise intensity) on the activities of lipid peroxidation. Twenty collegiate were participated in the maximal exercise test before and 12weeks actioxidants vitamin supplementation. The Subjects were divided into two groups; vitamin C supplementation group(n=10), placebo group(n=10). The results of the study can be summarized as follows;MDA levels of vitamin C supplementation group in 12weeks muscle resistance training was significantly different but those of placebo group in 12weeks muscle resistance training was very alike. The change of lipid peroxidation caused by 12weeks muscle resistance training was significantly different according to vitamin C supplementation. The concentration of MDA reduced by vitamin C supplementation. The effect of vitamin C supplementation was beneficial to reduce the concentration of MDA caused by 12weeks muscle resistance training. These data suggest that 12weeks muscle resistance training can results in a significantly increase as indicated.
