도덕적 자아 정체성의 동기화론에 관한 비판적 고찰 - 블라시(A. Blasi)의 관점을 중심으로 - = A Critical Study on the Motivational Theory of Moral Self-identity - Focusing on the perspective of A. Blasi -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 도덕적 판단이 행동을 추동하는 과정을 이해하는 데 있어 블라시를 중심으로 한 도덕적 자아 정체성 동기화론이 지닌 강점과 한계를 검토한 후, 도덕적 자아 정체성이 지닌 제한적인 수준을 넘어 개인의 도덕적 행동을 추동하는 동기의 원천을 더욱 포괄적으로 설명할 수 있는 대안을 모색하는 데 주요 목적이 있다.
도덕적 자아 정체성의 확장적 대안으로 자아와 도덕성이 모두 같은 근본적인 의식의 구조에서 비롯된다고 보는 전인적 기제로서 자기체계를 제시하고, 그의 개념, 형성 과정, 기능을 논의한다. 자기체계는 개인의 도덕적 판단과 행동 간의 관계를 도덕적 자아 정체성 외에 다차원적으로 이해하고 설명할 수 있는 원천으로 기능한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The main purpose of this paper is to point out the strengths and limitations of the motivational theory of moral self-identity centered on A. Blasi in understanding the process by which moral judgment drives moral behavior and explore its alternatives that can explain the source of the individual's moral behavior more broadly beyond the restrictive level of moral self-identity.
As an expansive model of moral self-identity, the self-system is presented as a holistic mechanism that considers that both self and morality stem from the same fundamental structure of consciousness, and its concept, formation process, and functions are discussed. The self-system has a holistic character that encompasses one's own perspective on oneself, one's relationships, culture, and society. In addition, the self-system provides a framework to understand and explain the relationship between an individual's moral judgments and actions in a multidimensional manner other than the moral self identity.
