      This study aimed at suggesting the discrimination experiences and psychological adaptation in everyday life of middle-aged people with disabilities to solve the problem of discrimination against the disabled. This study conducted interviews with 11 middle-aged disabled people in their 40s to 50s. Discrimination experienced in daily life by research participants was drawn into four categories: discrimination experienced in language, discrimination experienced in behavior, discrimination experienced in interpersonal relationships, and discrimination experienced in education and employment. The psychological adaptation methods selected after experiencing discrimination were drawn into three categories: psychological adaptation through disability acceptance, psychological adaptation through religious dependence, and psychological adaptation through social support. This study examines the need to develop mentor and mentee programs between generations using positive resources of each stage of the life cycle, the need for psychological counseling education and programs considering the type of disability of each disabled person, psychological condition, and surrounding environment, family, Institutional support was required to continuously help the disabled by establishing connectivity between institutions such as schools and workplaces.
