만주국의 지폐 변천과 지폐 도안의 특징 = Manchukuo Paper Money Development and Design Characteristics

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper try to find the characteristics of the China culture and regional culture
from the grain coupon. The grain coupon use many design, it has some implications,
national, and regional characteristics. To improve the unbalance of grain supply
and demand, China use many typed grain coupon with the money from planned
economy period. In the purchasing of grain, there are dual structure, have to use
the money and the grain coupon at the same time. The grain coupon published
not same type and design in different region and period. And this paper research
the characteristics of the China culture and regional culture. The grain coupon
have two characteristics, the nationality and the locality. Generally, the grain
coupon include the national level grain coupon and the regional level grain coupon.
The central government publish the national level grain coupon, and the local
government publish the regional level grain coupon. The national level grain coupon
has nationality characteristics, it has national image. And the regional level grain
coupon has locality characteristics, it has regional image, and the images are based
on the regional history and the regional culture.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 만주국과 지배지역의 지폐 발행의 특징을 분석하고 있다. 만주국
은 제2차 세계대전 시기에 일본이 중국의 동북지역에 설립한 정부로서의 특수
한 역사적인 배경을 가지고 있다. 일본제국주의는 만주국을 통해 만주중앙은
행을 설립하였으며 금융시스템을 이용하여 중국 지배 특히 동북지역에 대한
지배를 확산하였다. 본 연구에서는 만주중앙은행 등이 발행한 지표의 도안들
을 통해 금융시스템으로 어떻게 중국을 지배하는가를 분석하고 있다. 본 논문
은 만주국 지폐발행의 과정을 크게 세 시기로 구분하고 있다. 첫째는 초기시기
로서 1932-1937년을 말한다. 둘째는 중기시기로서 1937-1940년을 말한다. 셋째
는 말기시기로서 1940-1945년을 말한다. 만주국의 지폐 발행의 특징은 세 가지
로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 국가성이다. 이는 국가권위를 상징하는 도안을 말한
다. 둘째, 민족성이다. 중국적인 도안을 이용하여 금융 지배 효과를 높이고
있다. 셋째, 지역성이다. 지역문화를 기반으로 하는 도안을 이용하여 금융 지배
효과를 극대화하고 있다.
