현대 한국인의 국가공동체 의식 = A Study on National Community Consciousness of the Korean

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research aims to explore the civic value consciousness of the current Korean people related to the consciousness of national community, in particular, by investigating major elements like Korean nationality, national pride, and unification in the Korean Peninsula. This study did find out some significant results: First, to be qualified as Korean means to obtain Korean nationality. Second, it is reported that the levels of national pride have been slightly above the middle. Third, there has been a rather negative view on a relation between South and North Korea and the present government`s policy to North Korea. To be unified, the most important thing is the maturity of conditions to make unification between both Koreas.
