Free trade agreement (FTA) contracting is coming to be many gradually in the world. Korea contracts the many countriesfor export competitive power reinforcement of industrial product .
Korea and the United States started a real agreement in 2006. Now there is to a finishing phase of agreement. But the FTA of the United States which is a world-wide 1st dignity concentration product export large country and is forecast with the fact that it will decrease the damage which is serious in Korean agriculture. Specially beef industry of Korea still the size decease competitive power is weak. There is a possibility of receiving the case fatal effect where the FTA will be actualized with US that great power in beef industry. From the research which it sees did the Korea and America FTA bring what kind of effect in beef industry of Korea to analyze, the present study suggest an approach to the delineation of the major attitudes and pattern common to effect of beef industy in korea.
Throughout this study I have relied as much as possible on data from a variety of source to facilitate Lee byoung-oh(2006)’s direct damage (benefit decrease estimates) used industry connection analysis techniques.

To be very careful becomes the scientific civil official and it is possible from farm to table in th e production phase, processing phase and circulation consuming phase.
It is a possibility immediacy characteristic security becoming the good plans to GAP in system of production phase, HACCP in system of processing phase, for example, butchery market , and traceability in circulation and consuming phase
The direction which improves the structure of beef industry of Korea flows, first, the well round (Well being) the birds and health intention development of the function characteristic beef which suits, size magnification the cost reduction which leads, to be the systematization back heightening of competitiveness for a marketing power reinforcement, two it cuts open but the supersonic waves measurement back the quality brazier with polishing the technique which is joined together, creating an added value, if three the immediacy characteristic which it cuts open from producing the beef the consumer will be able to trust the discrimination marketing strategy of the foreign nation obstetrics, last to develop.
