일제강점기 재일조선인 민족운동에 대한 고등학교『한국사』교과서 내용분석과 교육방안 = Content Analysis of High School "Korean History" Textbooks and Proposal of Educational Plans with Regard to the National Movements of Korean Living in Japan under the Japanese Rule

국문 초록 (Abstract)

일제강점기 조선인들은 삶의 터전을 찾아 식민지 종주국인 일본으로 이주했다. 그들은 일본 내의 하층 노동자와 식민지인이라는 이중적 지위를 가진 재일조선인이 되어 민족 운동을 전개했으며, 오늘날에도 법적 ․ 사회적 탄압에 맞서고 있다.
본고에서는 일제강점기 재일조선인의 형성과 이들에 의해 전개된 민족운동을 정리했다. 재일조선인의 형성 배경은 일제의 식민 정책과 도일 정책, 재일조선인의 생활 상태를 정리했다. 재일조선인 민족운동은 학우회와 일월회, 재일본조선노동총동맹, 조선공산당과 고려공산청년회 일본부, 신간회와 근우회 지회, 재일본조선청년동맹의 활동한 단체를 중심으로 정리했다. 정리한 내용을 바탕으로 고등학교 『한국사』교과서의 내용 분석을 했다. 분석 후, 개선 방안과 보완 방안을 다음과 같이 제시했다. 먼저 개선 방안으로는 첫째, 재일조선인 민족 운동에 대한 내용이 균형 있게 서술되어야 한다. 둘째, 재일조선인의 민족운동은 현재 진행형의 문제임을 인식하여 교과서에 반영하여 서술되어야 한다. 보완 방안은 첫째, 재일조선인의 형성배경에서는 도일 정책이 반영되어야 한다. 둘째, 재일조선인의 생활 상태에 대해서는 당시 문학 작품 등을 자료로 제시해야 한다. 셋째, 재일조선인 민족운동을 전개한 단체와 인물, 활동이 간략하게나마 서술되어야 한다. 넷째, 관동대지진에서는 능동적인 역사가 전개되었음을 인식할 수 있도록 서술되어야 한다.
앞에서 정리한 재일조선인 민족운동에 대한 교과서 내용 분석과 개선 및 보완 방안을 바탕으로 교육 방향과 교육 방안을 제시해 보았다. 교육 방향은 이념적 편향된 시각을 지양하고, 다양한 역사 자료를 활용할 수 있도록 했다. 교육 방안은 역사 글쓰기 ․ 발표하기를 제시했다. 역사 글쓰기는 소설과 신문기사, 동영상, 관련 논문의 읽기 자료를 활용하여 글쓰기 활동지에 글쓰기를 하도록 구성했다. 발표하기는 학생 각자가 쓴 글쓰기의 결과를 말함으로써 역사 만들기 작업에 참여하도록 구성했다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Under the Japanese rule, many koreans moved to Japan, the colonial suzerain state to find a new ground for living. They were koreans living in Japan with a dual status of lower-class workers and the colonized, who later engaged in the independence movement. Even today, they face the local-social suppressions in Japan.
This study presents an investigation into the formation process of koreans living in Japan and their national movements. The backgrounds of the formation of koreans living in Japan have based upon the contents of Japan's policies on colonization and their move to Japan and their residency in Japan. Their national movements in Japan are reviewed in relation to such organizations as students' associations and Ilwalhoi(一月會), Chosun labor whole union in Japan, the Japanese office of Chosun Communist Party and Koryo communist youth association, the Japanese branch of Singanhoi and Kunuhoi, and Chosun youth union in Japan. Based on the content that have been sorted out, this study analyzes the content of high school Korean History textbooks and proposes the following improvement and supplementation plans: as for improvement plans, first, there should be a balanced narration in the contents of national movements carried out by Koreans living in Japan; and second, there should be an awareness that the national movement of Koreans living in Japan is still going on, which should be reflected in the narration of textbooks. As for supplementation plans, first, the policies on the move of the Koreans to Japan should be reflected in the formation background of Koreans living in Japan. Second, literary works of the times should be provided as materials on their residency. Third, the organizations, figures, and activities of their national movements should be described even briefly. Finally, the Great Kanto Earthquake should be narrated in a way that can be an awareness that developed active history.
Based on the result of the content analysis of textbooks and the improvement and supplementation plans with regard to the national movements of Koreans living in Japan, this study suggests the educational directions and plans. Educational directions are devised to move away from ideologically biased perspectives and promote the use of various historical materials. Educational plans include historical writing and presentation. For a historical writing, writing activity using novels, newspaper articles, videos, material-reading activity are required. Presentations are organized to encourage the students to participate in history - making activity based upon the results of their writing.
