안전도시구축을 위한 경찰치안서비스활동만족과 안전정책신뢰 및 안전생활만족의 관계 = The Relationship Between Security Life Satisfaction, Safety Policy Reliability and Police Force Service Satisfaction for Construction of Safe city

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: The research is for clarifying the relationship between safety life satisfaction, safety policy reliability and police force service satisfaction for construction of safe city. Methods: This research aims the citizens in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province in 2015 and uses cluster random sampling method. The research tool is a survey and the research acquires its content validity through expertise panel. The sample of 406 people is used for final analysis. The research processes its statistics using SPSSWIN 18.0 program, thereby acquiring frequency, factor, reliablity, multiple regression analysis, and path analysis. The reliability of the survey was .808 (Cronbach’s α value). Conclusion: The result is the following. Firstly, the satisfaction for police force service affects the satisfaction for safety policy. In other words, the higher the satisfaction for crime prevention activities, the higher the satisfaction for safety service management. The higher the satisfaction for local police force activity and the satisfaction for managing traffic, the higher the reliability of local policy, the satisfaction for safety service management and the satisfaction for safety business. Secondly, the satisfaction for police force service activity affects the satisfaction for safety life. Thirdly, the reliability of safety policy affects the satisfaction for safety life. Fourthly, the satisfaction for police force service activity directly and indirectly affects the reliability of safety policy and safety life. In other words, reliability of safety policy is an important variable determining the satisfaction for police force service and safety life.
