      Today's school field has undergone drastic changes that cannot be compared to the situation just a few years ago. In particular, with the current development of the field of information and communication, the use of Chat GPT is becoming more common in classroom instruction. As a result, students tend to rely on not only knowledge of history but also results that require students' historical thinking skills. Therefore, in order f or s tudents to f ully l earn the e ssential purpose of history learning and its goals, efforts to find the essence of history learning will be required. And the beginning is to deepen history learning based on students' own understanding of concepts in history learning. Until now, the importance of conceptual learning in history classes has been recognized by many teachers and has been steadily attempted. Of course, it is true that such attempts have contributed positively to the development of history classes. However, until now, concepts in history education have been used only in word interpretation of historical facts or events, and there have been many difficulties in reaching the spread of historical awareness and thinking ability. In this regard, this study intends to come up with a concrete p lan f or conceptual learning through Max Weber's ideal type.
