수퍼바이지의 미술치료 수퍼비전에 대한 인식 분석 = Supervisee' Views on the Supervision of Art Therapy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 한국미술치료학회 회원과 미술치료 전공 석, 박사과정생들의 수퍼비전 경험과 기대사항에 대한 인식을 분석하고자 한다. 전체 205명의 대상자 중 미술치료 수퍼비전 경험자 100명, 비경험자 105명의 훈련생과 수퍼비전 경험자를 대상으로 일반적 특성, 수퍼비전 경험, 수퍼비전 기대사항에 대한 의견을 조사한 후 그 결과를 분석하였다. 분석된 결과에 의하면, 미술치료 훈련생들은 대부분 30대의 여성으로, 석사이상의 학력을 소지하고 있으며, 절반 정도의 훈련생이 수퍼비전을 경험하고 있었다. 수퍼비전 경험이 있는 훈련생들의 경우, 10회 미만의 수퍼비전 횟수와 2명 이하의 여성 수퍼바이저로부터 수퍼비전을 받았으며, 수퍼비전의 형태는 개인수퍼비전의 형태를 취하고 있으며 대부분 내담자의 미술작품을 가지고 설명하는 유형으로 진행하고 있다. 한달에 한번 30분정도, 수퍼바이저의 근무지에서 이루어지고 있었다. 수퍼비전 기대사항에 대해서는 경험자와 비경험자 대부분이 자신이 내담자에 대해 미처 보지 못하고 있던 측면을 지적받았을 때 수퍼비전에 만족하고 있으며, 미술치료 수퍼비전이 매우 필요하다고 생각하고 있었다. 또한 수퍼비전을 통해 미술치료에 있어서 실제적 방법을 배우게 되고 50대의 수퍼바이저를 바람직하게 생각하고 있으며, 수퍼바이저의 풍부한 경험을 가장 중요시하고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigated the opinion of 205 supervisees' view on supervision of art therapy. The subjects are members of KATA(Korea Art Therapy Association) and graduate students. 100 subjects had experience of supervision, and 105 subjects had no experience of supervision. Questionnaire included various categories, such as supervision experience and expectation of supervision.
The results are as follows. Supervisees are almost female who are above 30-year old and graduate students. Subjects who had supervision experience usually got 10-session supervision from female supervisors, and prefered individual supervision. They favor once per a month as ideal frequency and 30 minutes per session. In expectation of supervision, they were satisfied with experience of feedback about client situation which they were not aware of and they think supervision is very necessary to develop their career development. They expected that supervisors have 'plentiful knowledge' of art therapy, and are 50-years old. It found that they learned practical method of art therapy from supervision session.
