If Taekwondo focused on its expansion and dissemination in the past, it is now considered to be a brand value. Taekwondo Won, which opened in 2014, has played a role as a place for Taekwondo people to interact each other, now should become a world-class tourism attraction for Taekwondo culture and also it should contribute to create a new national brand image. The purpose of this study is to present a plan to build cultural content of Taekwondo Won, which will be a broad and creative one combined traditional Korean martial arts and traditional culture. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, IDEO’s 3I Design Thinking methodology and Mapping methodology of Standford D-school’s 5-stages Design Thinking were used. The collection of first and second data was gathered by using purposeful sampling, one of the non-probability sampling and the data from Taekwondo training adult group including trainers and 50 managers. The additional third data collection was from the reliable 488 suvey papers among 500, which were written by Taekwondo trainees who are from elementary school students to secondary school students. The data were collected by convenience sampling, one of the non-probability sampling. We organized the team for categorizing the collected data inductively and establishing cultural content of Taekwondo Won. In addition to, the expert group were jointed to draw the conclusion in order to make plans for its cultural contents. We also strived to ensure validity and reliability through team members' meetings and expert meetings. The results of the study showed that Taekwondo and traditional martial arts convergence contents should be constructed at Taekwondo Won. First, a traditional martial arts cluster was proposed to what creative contents fused Taekwondo and traditional martial arts at Taekwondo Won. Second, a cultural content cluster was proposed at Taekwondo Won to create creative contents that combine Taekwondo and traditional culture. Third, Taekwondo AR (Amplification Reality) game contents were proposed for what cultural contents of Taekwondo Won. Fourth, the change of paradigm was suggested from OSMU (One Source Multi Use) to MSMU (Multi Source Multi Use) on what is the way to build cultural contents at Taekwondo Won.
