The purpose of this study is to propose theoretical and practical implications by inquiring into the effects of casino employees’ perception of work uniforms on the level of job respect, job satisfaction and job attachment. Collected data were statistically analyzed using the package programs of SPSS 20.0 for Windows and AMOS 20.0, after the process of data coding. Frequency analysis, reliability and validity analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling analysis were performed. First, the perception of work uniforms was found to have a significant positive effect on the level of job satisfaction. Second, the perception of work uniforms was found to have a significant positive effect on the level of job respect. Third, the level of job respect was found to have a significant positive effect on the level of job satisfaction. Fourth, the level of job satisfaction was found to have a significant positive effect on the level of job attachment. Studies show was able to recognize the importance of a work uniforms.
