신체장애를 가진 크리스천 여성의 우울경험에 대한 기독교상담 사례연구 = Christian Counseling Case Study on Depression Experiences of Christian Women with Physical Disabilities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 신체장애를 갖고 있는 크리스천 여성의 우울경험에 관한 기독교 상담 사례연구로서 연구주제에 부합되는 두 명의 연구 참여자를 선정한 질적연구방법의 다중사례 연구로 진행되었다. 연구목적은 ‘성경말씀과 기도’가 신체장애를 가진 크리스천 여성이 호소하고 있는 우울의 문제에 어떠한 힘을 발휘하고 있는지, 또한 그들의 삶의 변화에 개입하시는 하나님은 어떠한 성경말씀으로 인도하고 계신지에 대하여 확인하는 것이었다. 그렇기 때문에 기독교 관점의 상담접근이 필요하였고, 이에 성서를 기초로 한 해결중심 라이프웨이 상담코칭 방법을 통해 연구 참여자들의 신앙발달단계의 분석과 심리검사, 가계도 분석 등 세부적이고 심층적인 자료를 수집하여 우울의 형성에 기여한 체계들을 찾아보았다. 그리고 우울을 경험하고 있는 두 사례에 대한 ‘차이와 유사성’의 특성을 비교하면서 유의미한 결과들을 도출해 낼 수 있었다. 이 연구는 신체장애를 가진 크리스천으로서 우울증을 경험하고 있는 성인여성 내담자 상담에 하나님의 말씀과 기도가 어떠한 역할을 하는지 살피는 하나의 실제적인 사례이다. 더 많은 연구들이 축적되어 신체장애를 가진 크리스천 여성의 우울증에 대한 근거기반 접근들이 수립되기를 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted as a case study of Christian counseling on depressive experiences of Christian women with physical disabilities. It was conducted as a multi-case study using a qualitative research method in which two research participants were selected that matched the research topic. The purpose of this study is to find out what kind of power 'The Word of the Bible and Prayer' exerts on the problem of depression that Christian women with physical disabilities are complaining about.
Therefore, it was necessary to approach counseling from a Christian perspective. And God, who intervenes in the change of their lives, was to confirm what kind of Bible he was leading. Therefore, detailed and in-depth data such as analysis of the stage of faith development, psychological test, and family tree analysis of the study participants were collected through the Bible-based solution-oriented lifeway counseling coaching method. And, we looked for systems that contributed to the formation of depression. As a result, meaningful results could be derived by comparing the 'difference and similarity' characteristics of the two cases who experienced depression. This study is a practical case of examining the role of God's Word and prayer in counseling adult female clients who are experiencing depression as Christians with physical disabilities. It is expected that more studies will be accumulated to establish evidence-based approaches to depression in Christian women with physical disabilities.
