The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of role conflict of Human Resource Development Specialist in Company, and to clarify the relationship between role conflict and job performance.
The more specific objectives are 1)to investigate the level of role conflict of Human resource development specialist in company 2)to analyze the relationship between role conflict and job performance. 3)to clarify the effect of role conflict on the job performance of human resource development specialist in company.
The conclusion of this study were as following results.
First, Human Resource Development Specialists in company are suffering from role conflict to resource inadequacy conflict, person-role conflict and role stagnation conflict.
Second, There is a statistically meaningful difference in the level of role conflict of HRD Specialist in company according to age, the length of service and size of company.
Third, Role conflict is in negative correlation with job "performance and the factors of effect the role conflict are person-role conflict, resource inadequacy conflict.
