대학생의 지각된 스트레스와 자살행동의 관계 = A Study on the Relationship between Perceived Stress and Suicide Behavior of College Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 지각된 스트레스가 자살행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 가족탄력성의 조절효과를 검증함으로써 대학생의 자살행동을 감소시키고 예방할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구는 2018년 6월부터 8월에 진행되었으며 조사대상은 경상북도 지역 대학생으로 377부가 회수되어 불성실 응답 2부를 제외한 375명이 최종분석에 사용되었다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 우선, 대학생의 지각된 스트레스가 자살행동에 정적(positive)으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 대학생의 지각된 스트레스가 높을수록 자살행동 수준이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족탄력성이 자살행동에 부적(negative)인 방향으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 지각된 스트레스가 자살행동에 미치는 정적인 영향을 가족탄력성이 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 가족탄력성을 증진시키고 자살행동의 감소 및 예방을 위한 실천적·정책적 함의를 제공하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of perceived stress on suicide behavior and to find ways to reduce or prevent suicide behavior by verifying the moderating effect of family resilience. The study was conducted on 375 college students in Gyeongsangbuk-do province. Statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 21.0 program. The results of this study are as follows. First, the perceived stress of college students had a positive and significant effect on suicide behavior, indicating that the higher the perceived stress of college students, the higher the level of suicide behavior. Second, family resilience has a negative effect on suicide behavior. Third, family resilience control the positive effect of perceived stress of college students on suicide behavior. Based on the results of this study, we aimed to improve the family resilience of college students and to provide practical and policy implications for reducing and preventing suicidal behavior.
