An empirical study has been conducted via evaluation questions that consist of three categories, including webmaster interview, users survey, and researcher evaluation.$$a$$aFirstly, for the webmaster interview, this research interviewed operators of DigitalCultureContents.Com web sites and analyzed the results of those interviews. Secondly, for users survey, it used online survey for students and people on work and statistically analyzed the results, including a primary factor analysis, reliance rank analysis, and crossing analysis. Lastly, for the researcher evaluation, it used objective evaluation items that could be clearly answered as “'yes”' or “'no”' by the researcher who had actually visited the focal web site for the purpose of site evaluation.$$a$$aThese results will be able to activate the digital culture contents and can be used as guidelines by companies planning to start contents providers by digital contents shopping mall. And for companies planning on building a new site or remodeling it, this report will provide useful insights into the website design process. However, we had to limit the sample size to only one public culture contents web site, due to the time limit and participation rate in this research. Future research will need to focus on validating the proposed website strategies using more number of websites for analysis.$$a$$a
