      [Purpose]This study investigated the structural relationship between learning satisfaction of military specialized school, military reliability, and military spirit.
      [Methodology]This study drew three research questions by examining the theoretical and practical implications of the proposed variables individually and discussions on the context reflected by the research model. In the process of deriving research questions, high-intensity brainstorming was conducted among 11 soldiers to overcome the lack of prior research. Afterwards, a questionnaire on the derived research questions was produced and distributed to the graduates. Subsequently, the survey results were verified using structural equation model.
      [Findings]Learning satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on the military spirit and the military reliability, and the military reliability was found to have a significant effect on the military spirit. Finally, the relationship between learning satisfaction and military spirit showed a mediating effect of military reliability.
      [Implications]Through this study, we discovered the impact path of learning satisfaction in military specialized school, and accumulated empirical results on the insufficient military reliability study. Finally, an action plan was proposed to increase the spiritual&mental force of soldiers.
