기업가정신과 기업성과 (p.73-95) : 비영리조직과의 파트너십의 조절효과를 중심으로 = The Effect of Entrepreneurship and Corporate Performance: The Centered on a Moderating Role of Alliance Capability between Company and Nonprofit Organization

During the past decade, motivated by increasing risk and uncertainty within the economic environment, the domain for doing business has gone through unprecedented revolutionary changes mainly by the opportunities and proliferation of cooperative strategies. It means that it is no more the best way to struggle for defeating your competitors, because it is generally accepted that firms are able to get much more chances for gains by cooperating, not competing predatorily, with other parties in your field, though they're your competitors.
This study examines the performance drivers of Corporate forms by 140 Korean firms in domestic industries. To test the hypotheses developed for this research, the survey questionnaire created and used though self-completion, and then analyzed by using SPSS/WIN 12.0 and AMOS 4.01 strategics program.
The result shows that the alliance capability investment with nonprofit organization such as alliance function, manual, and training would be beneficial to a firm entering into cooperative relationships. And also, the result shows that the investment in and establishment the environmental fit and mutual learning would be advantageous to the higher corporate performance. The results have implications that through management company's participation in partnership with nonprofit organization further increase can be expected.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

기업 경영환경의 급속한 변화에 따라 기업 간의 경쟁이 치열해지고 불확실성이 증대됨에 따라 많은 기업들이 과거에 비해 훨씬 혁신적이고, 다양한 유형의 협력 전략을 활용하여 새로운 성장의 기회를 모색하려는 움직임을 보이고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문은 한국의 128개 기업을 대상으로 기업가정신이 기업성과에 미치는 영향과 비영리조직과의 파트너십의 조절효과를 중심으로 연구하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 기업가정신은 직접적으로 기업성과에 영향을 주지는 않았지만 간접적으로 기업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업가정신의 위험감수성은 기업성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 비영리조직과의 파트너십은 새로운 경영전략의 한 형태로서 기업가정신과 기업성과의 조절효과가 나타나지 않았으나 차이검증의 결과 기업가정신과 기업성과 모두 비영리조직과 파트너십 활동이 있는 기업의 경우 크게 나타났다.
