연극치료 슈퍼비전 재고: 연극이라는 모체에 기반한 연극치료 슈퍼비전 = Rethinking of Dramatherapy Supervision ; Dramatherapy Supervision based on the Matrix of Theatre

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 연극치료 영역에서의 슈퍼비전이 지향하는 목표를 재점검하고, 연극을 기반으로 하는 슈퍼비전의 가능성과 그 방법론을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 치료과정, 진단평가, 슈퍼비전으로 이어지는 구조적 일관성, 혹은 연계성을 강화하는 맥락에서의 연극치료 슈퍼비전을 제안하는 가운데, 치료사의 자기 돌봄과 성장에 중요한 셀프슈퍼비전과, 개인과 집단의 연극치료 슈퍼비전의 일례를 제시하고 있다. 타 분야와 다른‘연극’치료의 고유성을 참조하고 반영하는 것이야말로 곧 연극치료사로서의 전문성 신장과 정체성을 담보하는 슈퍼비전이 될 수 있음을 역설함으로써, 결과적으로는 연극치료사 교육 과정에서 필수적으로 요구되는 슈퍼비전의 실효성을 강조하고 있다. 본 연구는 전문인으로서의 연극치료사를 위한 교육과 지지, 관리 등 그들의 지속적인 질적 성장을 도모하는데 없어서는 안 될 슈퍼비전의 ‘기존’ 프레임에 대한 ‘재고’의 장을 열어, 연극치료 고유의 정체성과 연동하는 슈퍼비전의 실제적 방법론을 모색하고 독려하였다는 데 그 의미가 깊다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to re-examine the goals of the supervision in the dramatherapy field and to explore the possibility and the methodology of a theatre-based Supervision. Therefore, this study suggests the supervision of dramatherapy should be in the context of enhancing the structural consistency or linkage to the therapeutic process, diagnostic assessment, and supervision. This study presents an example of self-supervision, which is important for therapist s self-care and growth, and dramatherapy supervision of individuals and groups. This study emphasizes a unique supervision with dramatherapy that is distinguished from other fields, can be a supervision that guarantees the growth of professionalism and identity as a drama therapist. As a result, this paper specifies the supervision which is essential in the process of drama therapist training and the curriculum. This study is meaningful in that it has searched the practical methodology by reconsidering of the frames in the dramatherapy supervision which is indispensable for the continuous qualitative growth of drama therapist as a professional.
