2000년대 이후 대한민국 예술고 제도의 경로의존성 분석 : 역사적 제도주의의 관점에서 = An Analysis of the Path Dependency on Korea Art High school Policy after the 2000s : Focused on the Historical Institutionalism

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to analyzes path based on care system historical on the system in theory change the 2000s, the art high school the path of the system and their characteristics. The factors influencing the pathways to the art high school system were analyzed by four categories: situational factors, educational policy factors, social culture factors, and actor factors. As a result of the study, the current path of the Republic of Korea`s art high school system shows a path dependent on the previous system and shows the characteristics of negative feedback caused by self-deployment. The key factors behind the art high school system were social cultural factors. With the influence of the Korean wave and K-pop, there were many art high school, including pop art, that emerged from the 2000s. In the 2000s, policies emphasizing culture, Korean wave and contents in the 2000s and popular social and cultural conditions in the K-pop market stimulated interest in pop art and increased demand for teenagers. Popular art gained popularity throughout the nation as public art majors became popular in the nation. However, the increase in art high school nationwide has produced many graduates every year, but there is a limit to the lack of performing their skills in Korea. The results of the study could be used as the basis for the development of developmental direction of the nation in the future.
