성인용 트라우마 사건 질문지의 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 우리나라 성인들이 트라우마라고 인식하는 사건들이 무엇인지 알아보고 이를 바탕으로 한국 성인의 트라우마 경험을 평가하는 트라우마 사건 질문지를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 먼저 선행연구 검토와 전문가 자문과정을 거쳐 69개의 잠재적 트라우마 사건 목록을 작성하였고, 예비연구를 통해 342명의 국내성인 중 50% 이상이 트라우마 사건이라고 응답한 39개의 사건으로 질문지를 구성하였다. 본 연구 에서는 성인 481명을 대상으로 트라우마 사건 질문지의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 성인용 트라우마 사건 질문지로 측정한 누적외상경험 빈도는 PTSD 증상, 우울 증상, 사건중심성과 유의미한 상관을 보여 준거타당도가 검증되었다. 또한 성인용 트라우마 사건 질문지의 동시타당도, 검사-재검사 신뢰도도 적절한 수준으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 개발한 트라우마 사건 질문지는 다양한 잠재적 트라우마 사건에 대한 누적외상을 측정하는 타당한 척도로 다양한 활용가치가 있을 것으로 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to find out a list of events that Korean adults perceive as trauma and to develop a questionnaire assessing trauma experience in Korean adults. Based on prior research and expert consulting, 69 potential traumatic events were developed. In a preliminary study, the events that more than 50% of 342 Korean adults perceived it as trauma were selected, resulting in 39 events. Reliability and validity of the traumatic event questionnaire were examined in another sample of 481 Korean adults. Cumulative trauma experience measured by the traumatic event questionnaire for adults were significantly correlated with PTSD symptoms, depression symptoms, and event centrality, supporting criterion validity of the questionnaire. Concurrent validity and test-retest reliability were also appropriate. The traumatic event questionnaire for adults developed in this study is a valid measure of traumatic events for adults that measures cumulative trauma experience.
